Barbara connects with people and immediately value adds because she accepts where they are at, helps them to identify the next step, and then ensures AWA's are implemented ~ Action's With Accountability.     

Barbara has held a number of Executive positions including the role of State Training Manager for a National Registered Training Organisation, leading a Strategic Procurement Unit and leading major Probity audits, and all this whilst having an amazing sense of humour too, what a lady!
